Well, the upcoming release of Red Dead Redemption 3 is a much awaited event. The gamers are very excited about it and a lot of discussion regarding it has already taken place.
Though, the primary question in the mind of gamers remain that on what platforms would RDR 3 run and what specific system requirements would it need?
Let us first discuss about the system requirements of the PC version?
As we all know very well, that till now no official commitments has been regarding the game and none of its system requirements has been talked about. Still considering the system of the previous versions of the game we could make an idea about the matter.
Taking a glimpse into the previous systems of the game we realize that none of the requirements were such that computers could not meet. In fact, our computer hardware is strong enough to deal with much more than that.
The issue would then be faced by Laptop owners. Laptops usually come with integrated graphics and they cannot totally comply with even minimum system requirements.
What should be done then?
Well, there is solution to every problem and so is here too. First of all you need to check that if your laptop is compatible to download any additional graphic cards.
If yes, then you are ready to go but if not then either you have to give up on your favorite game or buy a more powerful laptop.
If you go for buying a new laptop make sure it has following in built features – Operating system 64 bit with more than 8 GB RAM.
As confirmed by Microsoft, Windows 7 would stop working after 2020. So, either you update your version before that or you would not be able to play RDR 3 on your PC.
Microsoft announced that all users of Windows 8 would need to upgrade it to windows 8.1. If they do not do so they would not be able to play RDR 3 on your PC.
As confirmed by Microsoft, Windows 8.1 would stop working after 2023. So, for users of windows 8.1 need not to worry about anything.
As confirmed by Microsoft, Windows 10 would stop working after 2025. Here again, the users of Windows 10 would face no such issues regarding the game.
The new RDR Version of the game would require to download a lot of data. So, it is advisable to keep disc space of at least 1 TB free.
Also, if you can go for SSD then it is amazing because it would provide a fast and comfortable working.
Now, apart from previous versions of the game we can also study the pattern of Rockstar’s other games and their system requirements.
